Easiest $15 ever -- just animate these images for me

Just need a quick and dirty project; need an animated GIF banner ad made, but I've already created all the images; I'm just no good with animating things, so here, I'm providing the images below, and first one to turn it into a working animated-GIF gets the bounty. [please pay attention to my directions about how they should be strung together]

The ad (120x60 pixels) starts off with this image, which should be displayed for 0.5 seconds.

Then, I want the fish I created to smoothly "swim" in from the left hand side until the image looks like this:

The swimming in should take between 0.5 and 1 second, and then that second image should stay there for 1 second.

THEN, I want this image to appear for 1.5 seconds

but I want the text "Highest Signup Bonus" to flash somehow...u know what I was thinking: what if that half of the banner very quickly flickered between yellow writing on a green background, and green writing on a yellow background...that seems like it would be nice and attention-grabbing...anyway, as I wrote above, it should flicker/flash like that for 1.5 seconds.

LASTLY, I want this image to appear and stay on screen for 1.5 seconds -- no flashing necessary this time...although it would be cool if the "$120 Click Here" text could somehow fade in, or appear via some sort of transition effect...I'll leave that up to you.

And then I want it all to cycle through over and over.

hey , Im doing this for you , But do you have just the fish? Not background or text so it can swim in?

nvm, I cut it with CS2
