Hentai Design Wanted!!

I'm looking for a good designer to make me a hentai template for a hentai project I'm running.

The Hentaiteam.com has been online for two months now (incl. hentai.cd, hentai.cd, hentai.ws, anime.ws, manga.ws etc. etc.). Now I am totally unsatisfied with the looks of the whole site. Lot's of coding, to much texts on it etc. So, I need someone to make me a new design. I know exactly what I want, already made an example and the only thing needed is someone to rebuild the whole thing from scratch and make it look more professional. So far I got an offer from someone willing to make the whole site, including buttons, overlays etc for 500,- $. If there's anyone here who can do the job for a lower price, hit me up on webmaster (at) hentaiteam (dot) com.

What I need:
1x Hentai Template
30-40 Hentai Banners (468x60, 234x60, 120x60, 100x40 pix)

The old idea I had is gone now, the project is getting to big to realize something like that. Need someone who can give me directions on what to do and how to do it best. The template is important because it will be on 10 different domains (at this moment). You can alter an existing template or make something yourself, just send me your proposal and we'll go through the details!

im willing to do all that for 200$ if your looking for something lower i can go up to 150-230$,if you think 200$ is too much tell me.
