Wordpress template integration an a few mods

Hi All, I need someone to integrate my wordpress template with the script with some custom mods.

I need comments to be a hide/show div animated with mootools javascript

and I need flash text for post titles:
http://www.august8th.com/blog/2006/0...titles-plugin/

and I need different icons to be to the left of post titles depending on the category the post is in.

I need the template integrated with wordpress, I have started to code the template in xhtml/css but I am at the stage where I need to add the functionality befor I continue styling.
