Coding and Plugin $100

Hello, I have a design ready. I need 2 things done with it. I need it coded, and I need a plugin inserted into it. I need BOTH things done to it. I was going to try to get them done separately but I changed my mind.

Here is what i need coded:

I need everything that is on there, dropdown menu etc. I have the PSD..and all images.

For the Plugin...

It seems long but broken down it's really not. i don't understand that kind of stuff so I can't do it...I don't know where to start.

Please review both of those files throughly before committing to this job. I have had other jobs set to be done, and have paid in full ahead of time...they have said they couldn't do it..and have lost money because of that.

So you get $30 when you take the job. And the other $70 when it's done if it's correct.

I want this done ASAP. The quicker you can do it..the more likely it is that i will pick you!

Any work you've done similar to this you could post will only help...

Really getting annoying, as everybody keeps backing out on me for this project..either because they don't have the time..or they can't do it(even tho they assure me 5 times before the conversation that they can).

Please review the information. Please know you have the time to do it.

If you are sure of it that you are able to take on this project after that, please step forward. if you waste my time and wait 2 weeks to try and then say you can't please know I will leave you negative trader rating as well.
