Designer Needed For Ongoing Work

Hi Namepro Designers and Gurus,
I usually do not turn to this but we need some outside help for ongoing projects. We are getting pretty filled up and want to look to outsourcing some design projects.

I am looking for a designer at the moment to design only one page for a multiple blog site. We are looking for a Web 2.0 look.

www.purevolume.com (I have always been a fan)
www.blogger.com
http://www.scrapblog.com/

Please pm me your quotes and examples of your designs.

I am looking for experienced designers only. You need at least 2 references.
I am representing a well established Ad Agency on the West Coast.

Payment will be made by paypal.
Budget: open to offers. No minimum, no maximum atm.

Hello. If this is who I think it is posting this. We sent you links even email with attachments, several times. From multiple addresses. If we need to, we can post all materials for ALL of NP to see.

Or we could even post all references. Or even both.

What will it be? What would NP like to see?
