Need hosting template quickly

Hi,

I'm looking for a coded hosting template. Feel free to edit any existing templates on the net. I want a clean, simple (but not too simple!) design.

Examples I like (I saw these here on NamePros):
www.strictxhtml.com
www.dpixelstudio.com/portfolio/forsale/WEB2.jpg

I like the full width headers and footers.

I'm willing to pay up to $15, which isn't loads but I don't have much $ spare right now!

Post/PM if you can do this. If you already have a template which I could use, send me a screenshot or working example.

LOOKING FOR THIS AGAIN. FreshDesigners disappeared from the scene.

In addition to the above templates, I also like 'glossy' type-templates (Sort of like the Windows Vista interface!!!).

I like that site and have used templates from there before. I will look through it again but please still contact me if you are able to do this cheaply.
