Record URL surfed through proxy site - Looking for Coder

Hi,
I'm looking for a coder who can make a script that will analyze what site people are going to, and what clicks they make.
I'm only interested in their behavior. And I would like it to be outputed to a log file.
Please PM me and tell me how much it would cost.
