Photoshop cropping and resizing

Not sure if this is the right place, but oh well...

I have permission from the copyright holders to use several hundered pictures of horses for a site I operate. Sizes and poses vary. Here's what I need :

Someone to crop out primarily the head of the horses and save them into 100x100 pixel .jpg files. They should be saved according to color of the horse, the sender, and a number (ie : brown-goosetown-1.jpg, black-sally-2.jpg, etc.).

It shouldn't be too hard, but it will take a little bit of time. I was wondering a) if anyone would be interested and b) an estimate of how much something like this may cost me per 100 images.

Well, I have the cash to get it done at a quoted cost of $0.50/image for 500-1000 images. Given this is something I can do myself with pretty limited photoshopping skills, I'm thinking I can find someone out there to beat that cost.

So I guess assume an overall max budget of $500.

I have settled on someone for the time. Although I have faith in their ability, I will keep all responses incase something doesn't work out.
