You will be hard pressed to find a designer for that price, is there anyway you could up the fees, maybe $100 is more appropriate.

if I had $100 right now, I would be fixing my car right now instead of being in the house thinking about opening a website.

I will change the offer to $20. thats it. I am on a low budget right now

I will even give you all my NP money if you care much for it.
ps. dont include the star for my version of it

Good luck finding a designer for that price.

Think about it this way, you aren't going to get $100 for $20 because you don't have enough money. That wont change the reality price.
