Designer needed to make custom Smileys

We need a designer to make us a custom smiley package for a messenger we are creating. They need to be static and sizes 16X16 or 20X20 (all of them have to be the same size) . We need a total of 20 Smiley's. Please post a quote and estimated time of delivery.
