My site helpagamer.com currently uses vbulletin but i'm switching to IPB, so I need a design to fit in with this community, it will need to be php coded so that I can use the login system, latest posts etc from IPB, I also want it so that the header and footer stay static when links are clicked, so the navigation would need to be in the header... would also like a design with side bars to seperate it from the background, fluid if possible.

So I would like prices for.

and how much time you can give us for this project?.
Actually time factor count in price. If you are in hurry and need to be done as soon as possible then price will be different. If you want that don't require urgent work then it's price is different.

If you require it to be done urgent then i will charg 1000 usd. and if you wanted from us to be done at regular bases then we wil charg near about 700$.
