I need a Humor Logo.. Cheap and Quick!

Well i started my new site.. HumorForum.net and I need a logo for my site.. especially because the one on it looks very pathetic..

I dont have much to spend because i spent alot on vB for the site.. so now im using all i can for a logo...

Looking for the cheapest but best designer to do this.. Plz post your offers dont PM

I will give you this for $15 via paypal.
It will include a transparent background version and a regular white back ground version plus the psd and png and font used.
