Wanted : fix template issues, quicken speed

I have a website.

www.aussiebball.com

It is running invision power board and mkportal as the frontpage portal manager.

The site is loading very slowly in IE (firefox seams ok). I have noticed that there are javascript errors when loading some pages e.g. http://www.aussiebball.com/forums/index.php?act=idx which may be causing the issue.

Wanting someone to fix this issue and ensure that the website is loading faster in IE (internet explorer). And define what is causing ther page to load so slowly.

You will also notice when navigating the site, you will quite often get a blank screen for about 15 seconds before the page loads I also want this fixed.

Please post how long this will take you to resolve and provide a quote for the work.
