Search by profile fields on all pages

Hey,

I want to add a search box on a menu that is sitewide on my Uk and Irish poker forum.

I want to have a dropdown showing a list of regions in Ireland and the UK that is a custom profile field and allow users to search for other members that are also in that region, I want to add a few other custom fields, for example the gender, age range etc.
