First I would like to thank you for taking the time in looking at this post.

Like many of the post here, everyone seems to have the next million dollar plan, so I'm sure for the taleneted programmers, coders, designers, overall developers picking and choosing may be the hardest task...

I have been putting together a unique concept/business plan providing a series of services. The concept takes a bit of ideas from various sources like many new sites do...

The domain name has been in hand for a while, the concept feeds of a variety of concepts (Youtube, Itunes, Payperview, etc..) Please understand that this is not a clone of any of the above, I assure you that once you hear the entire concept/idea you will be as excited.

The developed site will not be an ecommerce site, it will deal with more video sharing, music sharing, etc. This is to be an original script since it will not clone any existing site. After months of research there seems to be nothing like it out there.

My plan has been at a stand still since my computer skills are limited. I do poccess all of the sales and marketing skills, including plan, corporation, and pending investors..

What i'm looking for is either an individual(s) who poccess all areas of development expertise including designing, coding, programming, etc...

The ideal candidate(s) should live in the Tri-state area but may consider other areas. My participation will be from begining to end, enabling the team to work closely together.

The project should be up and initiate steps 1 of development by the end of February enabling me to make the first presentation for investment capital.

Compensation will be a partnership with Equal shares from the ground level up. So the initial person(s) will oversee and monitor development as funding increases.
