Hey guys,
A month ago, Vic/ServerPlace.net/MetalicDesigns stole a design from me. I'm making it free for download. For more information please visit http://www.deathdart.com/portfolio.htm

You may use this site design as you wish. You may modify it and use it for your own site. However, you may NOT RESELL IT! It's free for your own use.

Please do use this design for something... anything at all... just post here telling me that you're using it.

I'm trying to resolve this problem talking to the to-be owner of this design, so it's been taken down from my server either temporarily or permanently.
