This great template is for sale!!! You can modify it (I will not customize it, comes as is) to fit any site you desire. I am selling this for only 129$ USD (price negotiable)!!!

might want to find a place to host the file...think you'd get better response if you watermarked it rather than reducing the quality..its really hard to tell the quality in that
