I need a PS3 site design!

Hi,

I need a PS3 site design, for www.ps3planet.us. The site needs a high quality design, because it has a lot of competition. I need it to look silver, white, and black, hopefully glossy? I just want one that isn't plain, I want it to be unique. Post your quote here, I dont want to set a budget, I just want a good design, but post a quote for low end, mid grade, and high end if possible. And send me some work you have done.

One I did a while ago for practise, Ill code it up for you for 20 dollars, however I request 10 dollars in advance due to precautions against each other. If I do not meet deadline I will return the 10 dollars.
