Looking for PHP developer (free designing and more in return)

At this point in time, there is no payment for the scripting (due to lack of funds). However, in compensation, you will receive:

Free forum-wide link advertisement on my forum for up to 1 year (depending on what scripts are completed). I will be building on my website as well as its forum, so I am sure that this 1 year advertisement plan will start to rise in price after a few more months of development and promotion.

Free webhosting including 5GB space and 20GB bandwidth, 1 mySQL database, 1 FTP account, shell access, etc.

Free designing (in compensation for your scripting, I will design as much for you as you script for me).

You will need knowledge of:

PHP & mySQL
And perhaps JSP (I'm not really sure if mandatory)

I am looking for someone reliable and who has an ample amount of free time. This could be a learning process for you and for me
