Need a Ticket Website Created

I own SportsTix.us and it currently operates on TicketNetwork software. They recently made it so you coul use your own template with their software. Problem is, I don;t understand how to do it.

www.jcfan.net/ticket.doc that is what they have sent me...along with some pages which can be edited through HTML.

I wish for somebody who has the following qualitys who can do this for me.

1. SEO.

2. Great Design.

3. Understanding the coding and making sure the product software works well together with it.

With that said, here are a few ticket designed sites I like:

Obviously I don't want a copy of those, just my kinda style.

Would liek this done by friday. Have 100ish dollars set aside for this....but feel free to leave your costs as well..will take whoever has the best portfolio and is the best cost effective.

i do have a CSS Page, and some subpages to go along with my first link. To somebody that knows CSS and all the HTML stuff, while being able to create solid GFX..shouldn;t be to hard.
