What are the terms and conditions of the sale? Do you own designgalaxy, or have authority to resell the templates?

yes, very nice indeed. If I can just confirm that the seller (itsnews) has resell rights, then we can start talking $. Without the resell rights, then we can get in trouble for using the templates.
