I'll be starting a small business within the next couple months, and am in need of someone that can do their job well while leaving room for new ideas. I've got a guy working on one branch of the site, but am extremely unhappy with his lack of communication and inability to keep me updated with what he's working on.

The site(s) I'm looking to put out involve the auto-manipulation of images that need to be stored in a fairly large database. Presentation and ease of use is key. We need to envelope business, technology, and internet culture in the site's theme, while keeping it simple and catchy.

While I can't disclose my ideas without the signing of an NDA, I can tell you that we're reaching for ultimate success. My team and I are 110% dedicated to the development of the company and expansion of the sites we put out.

The only catch with this is the use of a contract for payment. We can work out a lifetime percentage of all website revenue, or you can provide me with a quote. All this is quite easy to work around and discuss.
