Hi Guys

Im getting to a stage now where I need a few freelancers with a variety of skills. I currently have 2 guys I use on a regular base but I now need to increase that as its getting too much for us to do.

Here is what I need:

XHTML / CSS
PHP
XML / XSLT
Ajax
Javascript / DHTML
SQL (mySQL)
Joomla

Im also going to be very picky on who i choose, so here are some guidelines, if you cannot meet them, I dont wana know

You must be done with school (I dont want kids working) sorry
You MUST have atleast 2 years experiance working with any of the above related subjects
NO offshore companies

What about Pay?
Well that depends on the job, one of the freelancers takes home about $3k on average every month working part time for me, while the other gets about $500

Some of the projects you will be working on will also be adult related, HENCE no kids.
