Just a warning: Don't work with Metalicdesigns / ServerplaceNET. He's a fraud. He will offer to pay you about $100 or so for a design and then never pay you, when in fact he gets around $1000 per design. I have experience working with this person. He offered to pay me $100 and now, half a month later, he hasn't paid me anything. I know I should have asked him to pay me before I submitted the design, but he seemed to need it in a real hurry. One of my friends has allowed me to post a conversation between him and Metalic designs aka ServerplaceNET :

| Ok, hey guys, im the Khazun from the convo. Fortunately I didnt wind up working with him, whether Deathdart's allogations are true or not shall be discovered quite soon, I imagine. The only thing that made me not wish to work with Metalic is that there was no company site to show me, so for all I knew Metalic Designs was an Alias for one of his other design companies, where we was recieving quadriple for what I got paid for my design, as I was allowed no contact with a client. But as I said, perhaps its just his mistake. Time will tell. |

| I'd sent a pm to staff similar to the above minus the log not long ago, didn't have the balls to do it here in case it got me in trouble lol. I can say he told me some templates were unique a while back... mind you he's said a lot of things so. Nice warning DD, hopefully nobody round here will get stung by his antics Maybe....

| Honestly, i do not like getting into these types of things, because you never know who is behind the screen name, and what powers they might invest... ex: hosting your site, know your pass, ect. In this caase however, i know him to be a 15 year old, but in our convo about 1 year ago he said he was...18 if i remember correctly. He tried to get me to start a hosting business with him, and immediatly asked me to send him money. I did not however, i just supplied him with a design that i made a while back, because i am very cautious like that. Over these last couple months, he has started more companies than all of us here. Lets see... metalicdesigns.com, serverplace.net, and a few others, but i cannot think of the. He ALWAYS IM's me and asks if i can do him a favor  . Its usually just editing a template that he said one of his "designers" made, but who knows. I usually help him out, but since a month ago when the reports started coming up on him... i stayed far far away.????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=23813 I had some convos of our convos, but deleted them alonggg time ago after he started his 5 business. HAHA i kinda figureedc their was something weird about him. Anyways, this isnt much help, just a lot of stuff to read, but i am telling you... he IS a lier, and please dont get caught up with him. P.S. If i get a list of businesses he has currently, hosting, ect, then i will post. |

| Before this thread started i brought a design fully coded and of course today i am standing empty handed... i paid him 90$ for it and saw no design. Then i preceded to call serverplace.net(the last place he worked) and they said he just got fired so of course they give me a phonenumber to contact him, i call the phone number and its not him, then i call serverplace and ask for it again and find out that its right and not his, now i am stuck w/ no design and no money

| I have an idea. How about everyone who has gotten burned by metalicdesigns/serverplace NET get together on the internet and sue his sorry @$$. Is everyone here just going to continue to take this from him? ... Do something. Yall have his IP and email accounts... all you need is to track him down. |
