How much for entire new page design? (big project)

Nothing decided yet, but how much would an entire new page website design cost?

My websites;
www.whitesmile.com.au
www.sunshinesmiles.com.au

But I want to make another page (targetting different key words) -
wording/articles/graphics will all need to be different for every page

So it would need to look like a completely different website/company selling a different product.

So this is a BIG project. How much would something like this cost?
