I am looking for a site w/ forums. Gaming, music related, tutorial, and sites like that.. I want a site that has some good scripts with it and some good programs/modifications to it. I want it to be custom coded/designed..

Right now my limit is around 155 dollars..

I can custom design and code for you relatively cheap, leaving you with what should be enough money to hire a coder for some work. A full site however is not gonna come very cheap with forums and such. You may want to increase your budget. PM me if interested
