[WANTED] PHP Coder for small job

Hey,

I am looking for a pretty small PHP script and I need it done ASAP (Within the next day or two).

It will be a simple search script with a database.

There are 3 sections, search/listing section, admin panel, user input.

The search section will allow users to search all fields and will use dropdowns, checkboxes and textfields.
The listing page will simply list all records and allow users to sort by each field.

The admin area will be very simple and allow me to edit any fields and approve listings.

The user input simply lets sites put in their website information and adds it to the database.
The listing isn't visible on the listing/search until I approve it in the admin panel.

This is a pretty simple job and shouldn't take long to finish up.
It will be within a vbulletin page so the GUI doesn't need to be worked on at all.

Payment...this one is a bit difficult. I can pay by moneybookers, Neteller and credit card.
I am going through a dispute with paypal right now, they have restricted my account for the third time this year thinking I am taking bets on my poker forum. Hopefully it will be working soon but I can't guarantee this as a payment method.
