   | Develop these names and make CASH today or tomorrow or both I am interested in partnering up with people that would like to joint venture on developing some domain names that I own. I can fund any upfront costs there may be, including your labor if necessary. My goal is to develop some of the domains I own and receive passive income off them by partnering up with people that have talent and time with little or no money, while I have no time and no talent with some money and a bunch of domain names suited for development. I also have a reseller account with Host Gator so the sites will be hosted there. I currently have an adsense and amazon account. I will/can sign up for any other account necessary to monetize the website. Proposals should include: Some indication of proficiency/experience/track record General idea of the development/strategy Method of monetization Expectations of revenue after 30 days, 90 days, 6 months and 1 year (include your logic/formulas for calculation) How you will generate traffic Upfront costs if any- advertising, software license, reseller rights, etc. etc. How you are compensated and expectations Compensation- as mentioned I can pay you up front for some work if necessary, but obviously I would prefer to pay after some performance. I would prefer nothing over 18 months but I am always flexible. After a set period of time or set income goal then I pay you a monthly multiple of the income. I pay you a flat fee for predetermined results. Any other payment options you can think of that makes good business sense for both parties. Some guidelines that should be noted to be followed, but nothing is set in stone, always flexible for change if it makes sense. I will retain full control of domain name and revenue. The website should require no- to minimal maintenance to continue revenue after partnership ends. The partnership must end at some point. Content should be clean and legal. I am looking to work with a few people that have the best ideas for the domains, not just one. I am not looking for people that over promise and cannot deliver. I am looking for long term relationships so dont feel like you need to sell me the moon. Here are some names I believe would be good for development to start with. Most are parked at sedo so you can get some idea of traffic, but except for nerdbyte most dont have much traffic now. | Answer to Q Answer to Q. I am not looking for one person to develop all of them. I would prefer if people would choose a 2-3 as opposed to all or one. That way I can evaluate different styles etc thanks Scott
