Seeking Web Designer

I am looking for a web designer to redo my hardware review site. The site currently is JustFPS (http://www.justfps.com). I am looking for a design similar to the following sites:

http://www.bytesector.com
http://www.ipkonfig.com
http://www.designtechnica.com
http://www.3dxtreme.net

I would use those as a guideline for what I expect to see for my redesign. As far as pay goes, I am willing to give you a free dedicated server for a month. You can use the server for whatever you wish since it is your business. The specs on the dedicated server are:

Pentium IV 2.4GHz
1GB DDR RAM
80GB HD
RedHat 9.0
500GB Bandwidth (Verio and GBLX)
