Site like this, for my friend who is a noob

Hi

My friend wants me to work on a site for him (I have no time, or interest in this one)

He wants it to function and be similar to LoanToolBox.com

I have a name and password to it if you would like to see the inside, I want to get a quote for him.

Not sure of exact budget, probably $xxx (lower end?) - I haven't poked around the site too much yet to see it.

Send a quote if you have one ready
