deviantART-Like Script

I'm curious as to the quotes on a script that is very similar to what deviantART has. I've outlined some of the basic features below:

* User homepage (http://name.domain.com or http://www.domain.com/name)
* Ability to upload photos to their own gallery on this page.
* Categories for photos and work.
* Journal/Blog on this main page as well.
* Basic Details
* Homepage for the site itself with latest style information and ability for me to do custom pages/content boxes.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-development-wanted/220750-deviantart-like-script.html
* Membership levels.

I realize that's a very vague list, but I'm looking to get an idea on what this will cost me. You can go to http://www.deviantart.com/ to see it in action and some of the details. I wouldn't need the store and forum system done right now. This is perhaps something for later. If I am satisfied with the work, I'll definitely be back.

I'm looking for fairly accurate quotes meaning not that we'll add on loads more in cost later on. I'm sure you understand why. I'm not made of money and I'm looking for the best deal in a nutshell but I want quality work as well so I'm willing to pay a little more than usual. Would love to see some work you've done in the past if possible. Template is not necessary but if you can do it that would be great. I can probably skin the thing myself as long as it's reasonably easy enough to do so.

I think this covers it all as far as the basics. Ask any questions you need and I'd prefer PMs but you're welcome to post in the open in this thread.

but xoops already has couple of things you want and their module repository is huge. I am sure you will find there all you need.
