Looking for someone to develop arcade site for me

I'm looking for an arcade website to be developed. I already have the domain name registered, alls I need is someone to make it for me. What I want is pretty much what PHPArcadeScript has to offer (Login/register, tell a friend, search for games, token system where it requires guests to register after X amount of games, etc.) I'll purchase the script if necessary, but I want it on a good looking advanced template like that of www.gamingen.com www.limegame.com etc. Is anyone interested in creating this for me and I'll pay them? If so, please reply with how much it will cost to do the job.

Also, I want a lot of games placed on it as well. I'll purchase the games from http://www.buypixelscript.com/arcade-games/ and if you'll integrate them for me, that'll be a plus.

Any takers?
