•Excellent Template!•

Hey,

I recently purchased an excellent template, but as my web hosting company plans sort of fell through I have no use for this excellent template. This template comes with exclusive rights (meaning it will never be sold again). The designer said he will also do minor adjustments for me (meaning "non-structural" adjustments logo, color, etc.)

This professional design is hand coded and in the package you get:
- PSD, sliced
- Sliced images
- HTML, CSS
- All fonts used
- All images
- Exclusive Rights
- Roll Over/ Mouse Over

If needed the logo can be used

Price wise I am looking for $275
