I am looking for something very specific.

Given this image, I am looking for a sorting effect. When someone clicks on the arrows it will automatically either numerically or alphabetically sort the column. But I need it to seem to "fly" and sort the different rows in real time on the screen when you click these arrows to sort them in the appropriate order.
I am known from my clients that I pay very well and I will work with you. If someone can handle or have an idea for me please send me a pm. Also if you have questions about this, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks everyone.
