Vbulletin Installation / Upgrade / Database Expert Required

I need an expert to handle my vbullettin upgradation process. I need to have the following ONE-TIME tasks done:
1. Shifting to new server
2. Upgradation to current Vbullettin version
3. Restoration of already installed hacks - pager, thanks, gallery, arcade and UTT Store (points system), VBS CMPS

Please quote your price and expertise / experience.

i have 4 years expirence in vb i have been managing my vb site since 3 years which i recently sold off i can do this job + any more of your vb work for 60$. just pm me back if you are interested
