I don't think it's possible.... do you? So many variable...so so many. Plus how do you write scripting for the "eye of the beholder" factor and the "personal value" factor. Sort of like one mans garbage is another mans treasure.

People put too much value in appraisals. It more about how do you find the right person who will buy.

I think all scripted appraisals will be flawed...thats just something that has to be done by human eyes.

Sorry to interupt though,...
