Designer and Programmers Wanted

I am a one man virtual company that often uses outside resources for development. My business is growing and I'm seeking one or two people in a similar situation that can provide a wide variety of services ranging from HTML to SEO. I prefer someone that has a wide array of experience over someone that is a "specialist" and unfamiliar with the broad technical needs of internet development.

Rate is to be determined, but $25-30 per hour is in the ballpark. I prefer to get a bid on the project/task at hand. My goal is a long-term relationship that will benefit both of us. I am spending lots of time on marketing and sales and running out of time for programming and design. I also have a rapidly growing SEM service.

My business is 5 years old.
