Need Top Quality CSS/XHTML Design

Hello,

I am in need of a new web design for a poker related site im going to be setting up in the near future, im looking for a design coded in css and xhtml 1.0 transitional using the tableless css.

I like the layout of this site: http://www.friendsofanimals.org/ with the menu on the right content to the left, and a plain header and the css menu.

Color wise im looking at more of a light blue / white site, there are some nice blues on http://www.soterionrts.com/overview.asp however once i see a more final design i may want some changes.

I dont want this page full of images of poker players etc, which may seem weird for a poker site.

Also note im very picky when it comes to web design, VERY picky if i dont like it ill tell you, so revisions of the design will be needed, unless your such a good designer that your first design is exactly what i want

Once i have a completed design i will require some advanced php/mysql coding and the designers of the site will have first choice of whether they would like the project or not, if i like your design work, so if you also do php/mysql services please note that in your email.

4 emails now, but no one has given me a reasonable price, im not expecting super graphics i just want a simple site yet people are asking huge amounts.

Keep sending me your emails, ill see what else i get if i get nothing good ill just do it myself.

I was looking at like $50 because it wouldnt take a skilled designer more than an hour or two to complete this, which is worth about $50

What timeframe are you looking for? I will be free sometime tomorrow probably, but not sure if i can do it tomorrow.

I know im asking for designs but i can make better sites than that. If you ask why dont i make it myself, well it isnt good enough.

50$ is way too low for tabless css/xhtml designs. If your looking for top quality you'll need to offer more money.
