Need PHP Programmer

I need a "standby" PHP programmer who can undertake various small/medium projects as needed. Will also have a complete website to overhaul by taking a ColdFusion directory and changing to a php based system as well as many other projects.

Essentially if I find a script I would like to use for a particular purpose, you would install it, modify it etc. Also have smaller projects from scratch. Just looking for people to submit examples of work and develop an ongoing relationship.

Price is fairly important. When you give an example of work you have done, please include the cost to the client.

Finally, I ask that in addition to php programming that you have skills in the following:

Search Engine Optimization
CMS integration/modification
Spider/Bot/Data Harvesting

I am a PHP programmer , all my products came out with a CMS , everything it's dynamic, all the codes parts are separated (someway) from the design part, and I known how important is SEO for everywebsite
