Need Simple Forum Made For Me,

Looking for someone to create a forum for me, upload it to my site and all. I will give more detailed instructions upon request.

Needs to display my YPN ads on every post made and top/bottom of board

have PM system,
2 main categories and 5 or 6 subcategories for posts
blue/white color scheme
Expecting 150 visitors per day...
easy to modify
easy to backup (provide me instructions)

Willing to pay between $25 and $150 depending on how good / offers I get.

I believe phpbb has all the features you are looking for except for ads, but I think there is a mod made for that. It has a mod that you can install which will make it easy to install any other mod. And it has many themes, so I'm sure it will have the blue/white theme you are looking for.

If not then punbb, vBulletin (expensive but the best out there), Invision Power Board (cheaper than vBulletin and has the EXACT features you are looking for).

Why don't you use exisiting forum softwares - phpBB, SMF and Mybb are excellent freeware options and IPB and vBulletin are among the best paid ones.
