Need a template coded ASAP

i am need of some one to code a template i have and need this done ASAP.

the template is one from monstor and the header uses Flash.

so person would need to know php and a little flash to change the links.

Please post price and ETA here.

well i just turned down to script kiddie because they could not take cristizm about there design skills if you are some one that dont like peolpe to talk about your design skills please dont reply if i contact you because i am still looking for some one

this comment goes out to 170 designs when some one is looking to hire some one there not looking to be friends and have a drink there looking to get something done
