I need a site designed which in principle is similar to freefivers.co.uk and greasypalm.co.uk, could look simpler tho

I don't really know what kind of script or php or anything if its needed.

But i know i need the following ;

MUST BE SECURE

1. Sign up and register + recieve a bonus
2. Complete an offer. System should recognize when offer is completed and reward points/credit associated with that offer.
4. Referral system so people can refer people to site and get a bonus for doing so.
5. Ability to open a "support ticket" that will appear in the Admin control panel.

Needs logo,graphic and webdesign for the site.

It needs to look proffesional and make people want to join.


Admin needs to be able to

1. Ability to review user registration.
2. Ability to approve / disapprove the offers being completed by the user.
3. Ability to import files (csv) from commission sites and allow for auto-approval.
4. Ability to track orders for user (such as when ordered, status, any tracking #)
5. Add catrgories change reward prices and add affiliates


I might also be interested if someone can sell my a script for the site
