[wanted] Php Programmer

I'm really looking for something that is probably very simple. I need a basic CMS that fits in to a custom template - but I have zero knowledge of PHP, so have no idea how to make these things work!!

Requirements are as follows:

I would need a way to post news (a comments feature would not be necessary)

It would need a small games database (something in the region of 40-50 games, all on the same platform)

A release dates calendar would also be needed

A way for members to track certain upcoming games

Games/Publisher/Developer summary pages

Screenshots gallery

Downloads section

The important things for this are that it should have an easy to manage admin interface - something that an idiot could use (well, not quite THAT basic, but as I only possess a standard knowledge of HTML and zero knowledge of any other languages, it would need to be fairly simple).
In addition, it is extremely important that all the news, sections etc can go where my custom layout depicts, in the format I set out.

I could achieve this with one of the many CMS' out there, but would be stuck with inflexibility in using my own layout. However, if you know a way of achieving something like this using an existing CMS as the backbone, then it would be acceptable, and maybe even preffered for this to be the method used.

Once again I refer to be miniscule knowledge of programming, so I have no idea whether any of this is feasible - hopefully someone out there can tell me if it is, and more importantly, could do it for me.

Post here with your price and any other info that would be of use.

Also - this would need to be completed pretty quickly - ie within 3-4 days of the job being accepted.

Does this have to be SQL? I suck with SQL, but I can do this in flatdb?
