Need Help on finding theme for TaxForum.us

Does anyone know where I can get a Red, White and Blue forum theme or skin?

Or have you seen one that may fit this name like at a company like vbskinworks.com

Or something American for TaxForum.us

I want to start this forum but I really want the right look. Thanks
