Hi All! I have just uploaded my new search engine, hey.cat and I need to grow in size. So please submit your web page so I can offer a broader search result. Thank you.

2. You don't have a domain for this site yet?
3. How are you planning on hosting this? Not from a tripod account I hope..
4. On safari, your layout is all over the place.

I think you should get hosting (I have some deals for you if interested) and a proper domain. Tripod... not good, especially if you want to devlop that into a popular site, which I think you could.

don't want to be mean or anything, or make you feel bad, but on Firefox, your site looks messed up. I also don't think you will be able to compete with other big search engines because of the unprofessionalism, such as the "Untitled Document" title, and the tripod subdomain. the first thing you need to do is get a nice and simple domain name so that people don't have to think or try to remember what your URL is. people will just go to google instead.

Sorry if i was harsh, but somebody had to tell you.

BTW, I submited my site just because.

This dude has just uploaded CGISpy's free "searchengine" script to a tripod account (http://www.cgispy.com/scripts/search2.shtml), nothing more, nothing less

This topic is in the wrong forum section aswell, it has nothing to do with development.
