Large development project, need quotes

Hey guys
Your quotes on this lot please:

Large users forum
Buy It Now style listing of products
Ebay type feedback system
live chat like MSN
User controled listings and personal home page
Logo and overall look of the site
There may be more, but above are the main things

This is for a directory/sales site for customers in the UK, with a monthly membership subscription. I need a price on setting up the entire site. I personally have very little development and site running experience, so it must be very user freindly for me to run. I have broad a broad price range for this project, so any and all options will be looked at. I would also consider a partner in this venture.
