I need web design.

My fiance's website is http://www.Pillohs.com
We need it completely redisigned.

It's nothing more than a flyer she typed up (I think pdf) and I havd a tech guy at work publish it to the web. We want to dazzle it up a little, make it easily editable, and link it to a pay system (probably just paypal). maybe a contact page. Nothing crazy, just more professional than what's up there now. We're looking for a warm, cozy, but upscale "feel".

What's it gonna cost me?
