Photoshop Tutorial Writers Wanted!

I am looking for designers to write tutorials for my upcoming site. The tutorials must be 100% unique, I will find out if it is not. Must contain screenshots and description of steps.
The tutorial catorgories are:
Special Effects
Text Effects
Photo Retouchs
Web and Interface
Textures and Patterns
The Pay: We start at $7. But can increase or decrease with the effort and quality of the tutorial. For example if its a smaller tutorial it can go down and a bigger tutorial it can go up. Then we submit the tutorial to db sites and once they accept, we will send you another $8.
