Looking for a template

I'm looking for a two page template a home page and a content page.
Has to be very professional and business like.

I would like the header to be flash.

I would like the navigation to be text with effects.

Has to be able to be viewed on any size monitor width setting.

contact me by pm with rates and examples of your work.

this project needs to be done right away so only contact me if you have time now to do it.
