noob needs guidance...

Newbie here, virgin post with probably simple answer in plain site (tho I can't find it..)

Is there a forum, subforum where "services" can be offered for "in-kind" services..? Say where designers can trade/barter/sell their skills to other designers and coders?

Cash is king but, there's a few smaller/inhouse projects we need sql skills and all our artists are just sitting around eating bon-bons..

Appreciate any informative replies and look forward to participating more in the forums.
